broken case issue

We have a serious problem. We got the error msg as below when we sync to the ftp server. Everything was ok last 2 weeks, but today had this problem. After I've checked all cases synced today, the one case causes this problem. How to avoid this kind of issue?

info: v-7.2.1, csdb, normal ftp

That happens when you get a corrupted file on the FTP server. Check the sync.log file and find the error in that file. It will have the name of the file that it couldn't read. Delete that file on the ftp server and download again. You will not get the data that is that corrupted file but the next time that the tablet that sent that file syncs it will send the same data again so you will get it eventually.

where can I find sync.log? I use .pff to download.

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\CSPro

In Windows explorer if you type %appdata%\CSPro in the address bar at the top it will take you right there.
