Dear all

I used Cspro deploy application (Version 7.2.0 – 22 February 2019) tool with ftp server, but the application not prompted for the username and password for my FTP server.

What I did was I changed the IP address to unknown as a test, then it displayed the login box. When I changed to my actual IP address it did not display the login box. I guess username and password cached on my computer, if I am correct please guide me to clear the cache. If not, Please be kind to advice me.

Thanks in advance

Leulae

Yes. The username and password are probably cached on your computer. You can remove them using the Windows Credential Manager. You can open it from the Windows Control Panel or by typing "credential manager" in the Windows search box. Once in Credential Manager click on the "Windows Credentials" tab and you will see entries like CSPro_sync_<name of your server>. Click on those entries and click "remove". When you deploy the next time you will be prompted for the username and password again.
