I programmed some images in value set which appear fine on Laptop but do not appear on tablet screen.

Did you copy over the image files to the tablet? They need to be in the same relative folders as they appear on Windows. When distributing applications, some people bundle their images using resource folders:

I did exactly as it is mentioned in documents in your shared link. I see in tablets the same folder at the same place where it was in Laptop. I tried different format of images (bmp, jpg tec) but none worked.

Any update on my request. Does any other user has faced this problem or has someone recently tested this and it working well on their tablets?

A saw a demo of an application last week that had value set images and everything displayed well on the Android tablet. I suspect there still is something wrong with the image paths. Try copying the pen/pff/images to a different folder on your computer and see if they display there. That should be a check if all the paths are setup correctly.
