When I run my production runner, it works for export and batch cleaning but not for downloading(.pff).
Kindly help me.

The version of Production Runner released with CSPro 7.1 was last updated a while ago and only supports some PFFs. Interestingly, I fixed this recently, just last week. Here is the latest version:

You can put that file in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\CSPro 7.1" directory. Let me know if things don't work out.
