Sync problem from phone to csweb

Dear Josh & CSPro team,

I am tying to sync data from my mobile phone to cspreweb server but the result is below message:

CSEnry Error (100119
Error connecting to sync server: java.lang.NullPointerException:.

please take note: Currently, i am using cspro & csproweb code that announced by U.S. Census Bureau
it's latest version both cspro file setup and csweb code.

Could you please helps to advice me, what wrong is it? :?: :?:

Is there any more to that log file? It isn't showing any errors.

Wait a minute, that is the log file from a PNC file, not from using synchronization options or sync logic functions (syncconnect/syncfile/syncdata). Send the file named sync.log. That is log file name for the new synchronization. The old PNC based sync uses "synclog.txt", the new one uses "sync.log".

Make sure your phone can access the internet. I've seen a similar error when my tablet was not connected to the internet.

If that isn't the problem then can you send me a username/password I can use to test sync with your site from? You can send it to me by private message.
