Hi all,

I am using CSPro 6.3 for data entry on my windows OS.
Sometimes While modifying the cases the CSPro data entry application suddenly hangs.
I have to go to my task manager and close the application and then I have to reentry the entire case(since I cannot the edit the it).
This happens randomly on random cases and on random questions. Which is why I cannot link it with any infinite loop.
I hope someone could give me a suggestion on what to do to stop it.

Am also facing the same problem, cspro 6.3.2 it freezes all the time and am using Windows 7, what could be the bug?

We aren't seeing this at all. If someone can post an app with steps to reproduce the problem we would appreciate it.

on this issue Josh it doesn't pops up any error message but it freezes.

Its happened to my program as well. ver 6.3
I dont know but this step worked for me.

I delete value on dictionary of the field where the freeze begun. ussually if the value set on roster field. and no more freeze come.

and this weird and I dont know: I installed beta ver 7 beside 6.3. Shift to 6.3 as default. And run the plrogram. nomore freeze or error appears .

I cannot delete my values.
And in my case the freeze is random(though it occurs only during modifying the case).It occurs are different questions in different cases.
