Good Day All,

We are currently using Android devices to collect data in the field and are experiencing when we are using a SIM or Wifi outside our own network (field work is in another country). Inside our own network we are allowed to create a path on the server as specified in the .pnc and we are not getting errors. In an attempt to overcome this we tried a VPN, however, when we use the latter, we get an error message that the server path cannot be created on the network.

Can anyone please help with this issue

Can you create directories and upload files to your server using a different FTP client like Filezilla or one of the many FTP clients on Google Play? This will help you understand if it is an issue with CSPro or with your network/server.
