Hi everyone,

I am so glad, because I been able to sync data to the CSPro Web Server and my database.
Just by local testing, but it´s a start. But the problem is that, I have two different Surveys, and I have been able to sync data from the first one 486 cases.
But when I try to sync data from the second one, I get this message on CSPro: The second survey has 2,132 cases.
Any comment or suggestion of what it could be causing it?
I have already tested my connection on the second survey and its successful. Thank you so much to everyone in advance.

Could you share to me the way how to setup cspro web server as currently i have more problem with cspro web server set up.

If you look in the api.log file in the logs folder you will see more detail on that error message. There is a known issue when trying to sync a large number of cases at once which could be the problem. You might need to break up the two thousand cases into smaller files and sync them separately. We are working on a fix for the bug. If that doesn't work lets us know what the error message in the log file is.

It Worked.
I have separated my two thousand cases CSPro DB source into half. So I got two CSPro DB source of one thousand each. And it worked.
I sync the two and now I have my two thousand data on my Data Base.

So far by now, everything seems to be working. I am handling two different surveys, on the same machine.
It will be good to fix that little bug, because people use to handle large number of cases.
