Looks like the database was created correctly.

It seems like the rewrite rules may not be working correctly. These should be coming from the file www\cspro-rest-api\ui\.htaccess.

Can you try the following URL in your browser and let us know what the result is:
http://localhost/cspro-rest-api/api/dictionaries/

After doing that, check to see if the file api.log in the logs directory is created and if it is please post the contents.

It seems like the URL rewrite module in your Apache configuration is not enabled. Please look at this youtube video to enable urlrewrite module
and see if you can get it working

Hope this helps

The 403 error means that the username/password is not correct. Did you add the user syncuser from the web interface?

Hi Komin,

You posted a reply on my topic asking for help.
Sorry, but I usually donĀ“t work on weekends.

As josh said create your user "syncuser" from the web interface, where it says "Users". Also make sure that you have added your Survey Dictionary so the data will match with the Data Base when you sync it.

Regards.

I have 3 machine for data punching:

First machine is okay for sync data to server "3 cases".
Second machine, i have "5 cases" that i need to sync data to server but the result is "Error 403".

Could you please advise me for second and third machine for data punching and sync data back to server?

Hi Komin,

Does is not due to network restictions?
Because I have already tested on two different machines that are on my same network domain (local domain) and the synchronization has worked perfectly.

Use the "Test Connection" button on the CSPro Synchronization Options of the second machine just to verify that CSPro can establish the connection to your sever.

Regards.
