Dear CSPro team,

I have already config & setup CSPro web serve but the result is reveal the message [Failed to contact authentication server. Please contact your site administrator]. please find attached images error.

Please advise me.

Take a look at the log file in cspro-rest-api/logs/api.log. This should have more information on what is causing the error.
