someone could explain to me what is the impact of defining 'YES' or 'No' for records to have no error messages at the end of case before submitting a registration?

Something that commonly occurs is that an application designer marks all records as Required, particularly because that is the default option. If you do not enter data to any item on one of these records, you will get the 2013 warnings when you try to save a case. This warning indicates that CSEntry will generate a blank record for that record. It does this because it was marked as Required.

If you know that some users will not enter data for a record, then it is best to mark it as Not Required.
