permission to open previously partial saved case

In CSEntry, when I use partial save and then try to go back to it later, it says: "you do not have permission to modify cases". How do I give permission?

I have the same problem. I cannot open partially saved or completed surveys in the tablet. I cannot see any protected fields that would create the problem, and the .pff file seems okay too, but that might be because I am not sure what I should be looking for.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.

cognazor, go to tools>pff editor>uncheck lock mode for data editor.
