Hello everyone,
Is it possible to have something like this?

ID ITEM
HOUSEHOLD RECORD
PLOT RECORD
HOUSEHOLD RECORD

In other words, in my survey, I want to return to asking household level questions after I am done entering plot level information.

This is totally possible. Just drag and drop the items onto the form in the order that you want the questions asked. You can also adjust the order by dragging the items in the form tree on the left side of the screen.
