Data in CSPro Android

Dear all,
I want to ask if someone has experienced some kind of data loss on CSPro Android platform. ? I mean if someone has lost complete data of surveys at CSPro Android.
For example: You have taken 100 surveys but at sometime you only have 90 or 88, in this case you have lost 10 or 12 surveys from the 100 you had.
Has someone experienced that kind of problem ? Because I think that could be my case, but I want to hear if any you so... if CSPro haven´t experienced this kind of problem, it could be an error from users at the moment they took the survey.
I´ll be glad to hear your opinions about it.
Thanks for reading and sharing your experiences.
Regards CSPro community.

Dear Gregory/Josh,
What are the reasons why CSPro creates the file %name%( conflict%date% ).dat as input data file ?
Because the data I lost was in this file, I think like some kind of restored data.
I would like to know the reasons why.
Does It happened some kind of trouble with CSPro during data Entry ?
Thanks to everyone.
Regards.

I don't think that file is coming from CSPro. Are you using Dropbox or Google Drive or some other file sharing program? It could be coming from one of them. I've seen Dropbox make a file like that when two people try to edit the same file.

Yes, actually I´m using Dropbox and Dropsync as a Sync and File sharing Tool. Oh I see.
In fact my trouble was that an user said me that he suppose to have a number of surveys at the system, but at the time to analyze data, there was less number of surveys than the ones it had to be, and when we verified at the system, there weren´t the surveys left, so we have less in fact. Finally searching at my sync folder I found this file that its name structure is some kind like %name%( conflict%date% ).extension and in there it was the missing data, so I thought CSPro had created it, but now I know that was Dropbox the one who did it.
The only thing is that they don´t edit the same files at same time, at least that is how I built it or I think. But I´ll try to keep searching clues about it.
I tried to explained it carefully so if my case could help to someone else.
Thank you so much Josh.
Regards to all CSPro community

So you are using the Dropbox/Dropsync application on the tablet rather than using the Dropbox synchronization through the CSPro correct? I ask because in an earlier version of CSPro Dropbox sync there was a bug that caused it create conflict files that we fixed and I want to make sure that it isn't the CSPro Dropbox sync that is creating this file.
Designing a complex sync system so that only one user at a time is allowed to modify each file can be a bit tricky.

Yes Josh, Actually in fact I´m using the Dropsync application on my tablets to sync with Dropbox. By now I´m not using the Dropbox sinchronization through CSPro, I plan to use it in some future.
And what I have done so that only one user modifies the Entry files, is that I redirect each Tablet to a specific folder at Dropbox, so each Tablet has its own files and folder. And I don´t know why does it has created the conflict file. It´s the first time it happens. Because it suppose that only a specific device access to a specific folder and files. Myabe it was due by some kind of network troubles. Or even with that kind of configuration could happen a multiple access conflict to files ?
