Exporting data file containing tow different id item !!

Hello all
Urgent !
I have changed the id item of my old dictionary (by adding a other existing item), during the survey period. So, now my data file contains cases with two different id item (the old one and the new one).
how can we export correctly the cases. I have used the first and the second dictionary and the exported file is incorrect !
