Hello dear people I have this problem

This is because the start positions of all the data you had previously captured has now been shifted over by 2 characters.

To fix this you can use the Reformat Data tool from the Tools menu in CSPro. You will need to make two versions of your dictionary - one where the length is 6 characters and another where it is 8. Use the version with the 6 character length as the input dictionary and the one with the 8 character length as the output dictionary. Use the original data file as the input data file and select a new file to create as the output data file. Reformat will copy all the data in the input data file into the output data file with the correct starting positions. Using the output data file the problems you are seeing with ****** will go away.
