Dear Arkagwa,

There is a problem with your lookup file. For the first KANDA (Kati) I only find Dodoma as Mikoa. If you have a more completed lookup file it should work. If you have a more completed you publish and I will check.

Dear arkagwa,

I have exported the lookup file you have posted with your application, the excel file of your lookup is attached. In this file, you can see the MKOA of each KANDA.

Kaskazini : Arusha
Kati : Dodoma
Kusini : Iringa
Magharibi : Katavi
Pwani : Dar es Salaam
Zanzibar : Kaskazini,Kusini,Mjini Magharibu
Ziwa: Geita

Finally, in the lookup file you posted only Zanzibar has more than one MKOA. As said yesterday, in your LOOKUP file, I don't find TABORA. If you have a more completed lookup file, you can post it.

Dear Members

The program load-cases which are not required when department and semester have been entered. I find the code okay but, i don't understand why why this is happening?? Kindly help i have attached it for checking .Example when i load department 05 from lookup file for semester 2 entered (052) i get also the list of course-codes from department 07 semester 2 such as TX102 and others

I also wish to copy the course title from a selected course code. The current code does not match course title to corresponding course code. This means that the entry person can assign wrong title to a course code.

You need to copy the lookup file to the Android device too.

The relative path from your application to the lookup file when running on the Android device has to be the same as it was on Windows. If you had the .ent, the .pff and the lookup file in the same directory on Windows, put them in the same directory on Android. If you had the lookup in a different folder on Windows then replicate the same folder structure on Android.

That seems like it should work. If the lookup file works on Windows and doesn't work on Android I can only think of a few things that can go wrong:

1) Lookup file is not in the right folder on Android
2) Copied wrong version of lookup file to Android
3) Copied wrong version of pen file to Android (maybe didn't republish pen file after latest changes)
4) Copied wrong version of pff file to Android (pff is what sets location of lookup data file)
