Is possible to use CSPro 5.0 for online forms, if yes , how??? if not , why?

Not yet. The plan is that the next version of CSPro will support Android devices. Then we'll probably add SQL support. After those initiatives, we may take a look at online data entry, but it probably won't be for a while.

Creating an Android version of CSPro has taken priority over anything related to online data entry. You might consider looking at other available options, such as REDCap:
