Multiple dynamic fields chained together

Hello good people,

I would like to make a data entry appliction with multiple dynamic fields chained together.

The values to be entered are performance indicator values from a list of several hundreds of indicators.
The performance indicator value to enter will depend on the selection of the previous fields :

Population type —> Goal —> Objective —> Output —> Performance indicator —> value field

The list of items available in the Goal field should depend on the selected population type, the list of available items in the Objective field should depend on the selected Goal and so on down to the Indicator.

Has someone made something like that? Is that possible to do?
