Text field not accepting value from keyboard

Hi,

I am facing a weird problem in CSEntry, while entering data in some text fields keyboard is not working at all.

Neither am i able to navigate to next field with skip nor able to enter any value in the field, I am just stuck there.

Anybody know any solution for this?

Is this on Android or on Windows? Does it always happen on the same field, or does the field where the problem occurs vary? We haven't heard of such a problem, and we would like to fix it if indeed it is a bug.
