Dear Admin,
Greetings!
We can see the server data synchronization columns like "creation_time" and "modified_time" on the server, but when we exporting data using "CSWeb data configuration" option or when downloading data, these columns are not included in the csdb file.
How do I include these columns?
Thanks for help...

Hello Parth,
synchronization and metadata variables are not displayed in the case viewer, but are still recorded. If you open the .csdb file in a database manager such as DB Browser for SQLite, you should be able to see hidden variables including sync history timestamps and modification timestamps which are shown in the server database. Please let us know if you have any further problems.
Hope that helps,
Justin
