Hi.
There is "application startup error" in 10 out total 40 devices. rest of the 30 are working without any error.
"There was an error and CSEntry could not open /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/gov.census.cspro.csentry/files/csentry/TCA/TCA/pff."
Error picture is attached.
can you please suggest solution of it?

Please verify if the .pen file exist in those devices. For some reason the .pen was not copied to the corresponding folder.

It is confirmed that .pen file is availble in all 40 devices inclduing 10 where issue exist.

You confirmed that the .pen and .pff files exist on all devices. Can you confirm that the path is identical for all devices as well? Also, make sure that you are running the same version of CSEntry on all devices.

Are you able to run other applications in CSEntry on the 10 bad devices? You may need to uninstall and reinstall CSEntry to fix a problem with it.

Yes, the bad 10 devices are able to run other applications. Uninstalled the CSEntry and reinstalled, but it didnt wotk. However, it is solved as per following.
We installed CSEntry version 7.7.2 in these bad devices and now they are good devices as same application is now running successfully. Now in 30 devices we are using CSEntry version 7.7.3 and in 10 devices CSEntry verison 7.7.2. Both are running same application developed using CSPro version 7.7.3 successfully. Hope it will keep working and we will not face further issue!!! Thanks
