Roster coding

I have created a roster and in one of them there is a binary selection menu, if one of the option is selected I don't want the roster to move further. How shall I write the code in that process

If that's not helpful can you try to clarify the intended behavior. Also, attach the application with partial data and instructions to get the the particular field of the application.
