Excel to CSpro

Post by Arjun Brti »

Dear CSPro developer,

Can we convert the dictionary form excel to CSPro, like A1 in excel = Item Label in CSPro, A2 in excel = Item Name in CSPro and A3 in excel = Data Types in CSPro. For example see the attachment PNG

.
Thank you.

There is no way to do exactly what you are asking, but you can use Dictionary Macros (https://www.csprousers.org/help/CSPro/d ... acros.html) to:

1. Add many items to a record.
2. Copy the dictionary names/labels to the clipboard.
3. Paste your names/labels into those newly added items (in Excel).
4. Paste the dictionary names/labels back to the dictionary.

Thank you very much Gregory for your support.
If possible, we expect this feature in the future release version.

Thank you.
