Please help!
We had entered the data in CSPro but when we open in Text file the file is empty but file size is 11kb. What happen our data please help us!

Hello,
There should be 4 or 5 files associated with the data file that you have created and the all have different extensions (idx, log, lst, not, sts). CSpro allows you to use any extension you wish and normally the default should be (dat). CSPro will also allow you to save a data file with no extension. If this is the case, that you did not use a file extension, the only file that will automatically be open by Windows will be the (log) file. And, if you accidentally pressed the enter key a little bit too quick after typing the name of your data file, your data file has no file-extension and all you have to do is locate this file in your folder that contains all your data files. If you wish to view this file to ensure that it is the correct file, right-click over the located file and click (send to) then select (TextViewer).

If this is not the case try to locate the file that is saved in your entry program after you click the run icon.
