Online CSentry and work around

Post by Yass »

Hi Cspro Team,

Please is there a possibility to have an online CSentry soon, hope an online version of CSPro data entry will be excited among users.

Since we don't have an opportunity, is it a work around to have say a survey conducted with different stakeholders in different institutions
to fill their own form, not telephony.

Hi Yass,

Unfortunately we don't have any plans in the near future to support a web-based version of CSPro. We don't have enough staff to support that work.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Do you want a single survey to be implemented by different organizations in different locations? Which is completely doable now. Or do you want different organizations to contribute to the development of a single application? Which is also doable, but obviously logistically more challenging (although the same can be said for distributing development among several people within a single location).

Thanks Sherrell ,

Do you want a single survey to be implemented by different organizations in different locations?
The above is my intend, have multiple respondents(Firms) across different locations, I need these firms have access to this survey and fill the form
and send the data to say "HQ".

Any work around this .??

Hi Yass,

Any of the 3 repositories (CSWeb, DropBox, FTP) will work, as long as they have whatever log in credentials you establish.

Is there something I'm missing?
