As it is CSPro supports CSWeb, Dropbox, and FTP. You can install a certificate and use FTPS. I don't see us trying to support anymore synchronization methods at this time.

Hi Arronw

Thanks for the quick response. Which Certificate I have to install for FTPS.

Also I have to know that there is any chances that CSPro future versin support MFT/SFTP file transfer protocols.

Thanks and Regards,
Bhavesh.

Despite the name, SFTP is very different from standard FTP so it would a be a huge task for us to add support for it in CSPro. Going forward we are focusing on improving CSWeb which provides case based syncing which is more efficient and scalable than the file based solutions used with Dropbox and FTP. CSWeb can be set up on a web server with https to provide secure (encrypted) transfers. Dropbox also uses https. If you want encrypted transfers with FTP, CSPro supports FTPS as Aaron said. To use FTPS on your server you need to get an SSL certificate - the same kind you would for https.
