utility to notify you of variables missing QSF text

Post by sherrell »

hi all

it would be great if there was a utility that could roll thru all variables on the screen and tell you whether or not there is any associated QSF text for it, rather than having to do a manual search thru the form tree.

truly useful if there is an option that allows you to exclude protected fields from this review.

thnx! sherrell

Download the 7.2 beta and this feature is there. :)

It will show protected fields right now, but I'll change it for the release so that it separates the report for protected vs. non-protected fields.

heeey! While I didn't go to the help system, I did look at the readme.txt before sending this msg (I downloaded 7.2 after the announcement came out) and it wasn't mentioned there. You definitely need to give a shout out on it, as it's a very useful feature.

thnx guys!

We're only listing very large changes in the readme. You'll definitely want to review that What's New help topic (Help->What's New), as that shows everything that changes, which will be useful for advanced users like you:

This is the help for 7.2: http://www.csprousers.org/help/CSPro/wh ... o_7_2.html
