Cspro version shifter (Install probleme)

hello to everyone
I want to know to install the "version of cspro shifter" that needs certain condition?
I try to install this module, but it's impossible, I got this error message "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)"
for information i have windows XP 2002.

Make sure that you have the .NET framework installed on your computer. Most of the tools require this to function. You can download it for free here: http://www.microsoft.com/net/download

"This program is designed for power users who have multiple versions of CSPro on their machines. It can change the registry to associate all of the CSPro files (.dcf, .ent, etc.) with an older version of CSPro. (Some users will have to run the tool in administrative mode to allow for this functionality.) The program can also change the version numbers embedded in CSPro files. This is useful if you want to make a newer application work in an older version of CSPro."

Unless you are working on two surveys at one time, using different versions of CSPro, then you probably won't need this tool.
