Syncparadata: select a specific paradata file

Post by chirawat »

Dear CSPro experts,

I am interesting to use Syncparadata function in my application.
As I learned in the help document, the function need only direction argument.

My question is that in the case of more than one paradata files (i.e. menu and questionnaire), will all of them be sync?
In other words, is it possible to select only a specific paradata file?

Thank you in advance,
Chira

If you want to sync two paradata logs, you will have to use the paradata function to close one log, open the other, and then sync it:

My recommendation, however, would be to collect all paradata events into a single log (for both the menu and questionnaire programs). The paradata events are stored with an ID that links them to which program collected them, so you can always separate out the events later.
