Cases are visible to all the surveyors

After syncing through the mobile and dropbox. when we try to add cases, all the cases are visible to all the operators/ devices. How to solve this issue where only cases added by the certain device should be visible to the respective operator but not all the users/ operators.

Generally people accomplish this by:
1) Syncing data with a universe so not all data is transferred. You can do this if using the
syncdata function.
2) Creating a "menu program" to show cases instead of the default case listing. You can then, using logic, determine what to show.
3) Using the
CaseListingFilter PFF attribute described here:
