Dear Friends,
We have some interviewers in the field collecting information with tablets.
We detected an interviewer who could not synchronize the information, so I extracted his database to synchronize it from my laptop.
When synchronizing the base from my laptop (PUT), it was very slow and after several minutes I got the message:
- Error connecting to sync server: Operation too slow. Less thant 1 bytes/sec transferred the last 180 seconds. -
Could you help me know what could be happening?

Re: ERROR CONNECTING TO SYNC SERVER: OPERATION TOO SLOW
That message just means that your connection to the server is too slow. This could be because of the network, it could be because of a problem with the server or it could be that there is something running on your PC or on your network that is slowing down the traffic such as a a firewall or security apparatus.
Re: ERROR CONNECTING TO SYNC SERVER: OPERATION TOO SLOW
Dear Josh,
It is certainly what I thought, since the interviewer was in a rural area. But I extracted the data and I am synchronizing on a stable network and from my laptop. I must comment that I also work with other databases even with VPN and I have no connection problems. What happens with only this data file seemed very strange to me, the image was extracted from my laptop.
Keep investigating.
Thanks a lot.

You can send the file and we can test it from here if you would like.
