Dear Cspro user, i urgently need your help.

I am sychronizing with dropbox. I am using Cspro 7.4.1. I see data that when sychnc. The problem is to update form on android. When i made change and publish, there is no modification on android. When i try to get change, i see the message telling " error downloading file "....pff. check that the file exists on the server, that the path is correct and that you have permission to read the file".

I don't know where is the problem but the path is correct beacouse i see the data synched.

How are you syncing your files? Are you using Simple Sync, are you coding it yourself (with syncfile commands), or are you using the Deploy Application tool to sync your files?

You might consider sending your application to cspro@lists.census.gov so that we can look at it.

Please also post or send the sync.log from your device.
