Hello friends,
I have a situation. Some interviewer report me that they deleted cases. To recovery tha data, I updated DELETED field of that records changing the value from 1 to 0.
After, In Cspro DataViewer, using "Synchronize" option I selected DIRECTION GET and I got the data.
But, on the CASES List, the Cases recovered show like DELETED yet.
Must I update another field on the database?

I would be cautious about editing the csdb file outside of CSPro. If the number is manageable I would undelete the cases through CSEntry. After data collection download the cases via DataViewer. Then run the entry application on Windows. Select view => View All Cases. Right click on the case and undelete
In the future you can disable the delete cases functionality, see lock=delete:

Dear team,
Our interviewer updated the duplicate IDs in their devices and sync again on the FTP server but when we download from the server, the changes are not reflected in the database. what we do. we are using CSPro 7.5 version.

Rakesh, I'm assuming that this is a separate problem from the initial post (about changing case information in CSWeb). If you are still having problems, can you create a new post with more information about the issue?
