DEPLOYMENT OF ISSUES

Hi
Please I need help" I have configure my remote web server and i have deploy cspro pen or pff files, Under "Data" the fine shows but not program under "apps". i CANNOT DOWNLOAD TO MY MOBILE TABLETS.

Is your .pen file being created correctly? That is, check your folder for "survey menu.pen." Is it there? If so, then I would check the sync.log file (located on your machine here: %AppData%\CSPro\sync.log). That should give you information about the deployment process that can help troubleshoot this issue.

You can send that file to cspro@lists.census.gov if you want us to take a look at it.

"sync.log" files not located on my machine. What do I do?

That file gets created with any sync operation. Look for it here:

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\CSPro

Iam stuck after deploy my system to FTP server and is giging the following error when trying to connect using tablet "No application is found please deploy". i am using 7.33 beta

please assist where iam i getting it wrong

@Leon111 Please create a new thread in the future.

The error means you are trying to add an application from CSEntry, but no application exists on the server you connected to. Make sure you have deployed your application using the Deploy Application tool. The second paragraph of the
Data Transfer Guide explains the process.
