Error(100100) Failed to connect to sync server

Hi all,

Bluetooth transmission works before then suddenly it returns this msg and stopped working.

I attached sync.log file here. does anyone has a solution on this issue?

Samsung tab7 lite
Android version 11.
CSPro 7.7.1

There is not much information in the logs. It looks like it is not able to establish a connection to the device. This may be a device issue.
But first can you try making sure that the location services are turned on both the devices?
