merging forms?

Hi all, the problem I am running into right now is that the multiple forms
(in the *ent file) will not show up in the run task document. I can't
figure out how to merge the multiple forms so they will all be under
the same form, so right now the the questionnaire (in
the run task document) ends at question 69, when I really have 99
questions. all 99 questions are in the dictionary and at the correct
place, so I don't know why/how to correct so that all 99 questions
will show up on the form.

The are "New Form" yellow folders are questions that I
want to be part of my survey data entry form, except when I open the
run task document they do not show up. I've tried creating a new
dictionary, merging dictionaries, moving things around, but when I try
different things it tells me that "A multiply occurring item cannot be
dropped as a mirror field" or that it cannot generate an index file.

I've spent so much time trying to troubleshoot this I feel like it
might be easier to start over...but I also feel like "copy-paste"
should be able to work in merging the forms, especially since they are
in the dictionary already. Would anyone be able to help with this...?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

You might want to post your application here so that we can take a look at it. I'm a bit confused about what you're asking about. What you call the Run Task Document is the PFF file that launches the data entry application. But then you are talking about questions not appearing. Are you saying that you have added all 99 items to forms, but that they are not showing up when you run your program?
