About the best specifications for using a Windows Tablet to lead Census/Survey with Cspro application's:
1.- Sunlight readable for use in the field (view in outdoor lighting conditions): at least 500Nits, best if 800-1000nits;
2.- Fully Rugged: IP 65 at least, best if IP 67 (see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_Code for more about );
3.- Hot swappable battery for a full day of work;
4.- Carrying case and screen protector;
5.- 3G/Edge, GPS, camera (at least 5MP) for taking spatial data such as geographic coordinates, geotagged photo or using planning map directly on the tablet and transfer census/survey data's realtime to office using cellular networks.
You must get a look at

Sincerely yours.

Hello!! Thank you so much for your answer. It'll be very useful for our activities.
But, I've got a question... To install a CSPRO application in Windows tablet is the same way to install a CSPRO aplication in a PDA?

For a Windows Xp, Vista, 7, 8 tablet, this is the same step as using an application on a desktop.
