Dear producer,
Now I am using CSPro 6.1 version. I have create a application and run the file and test some data. I changed some variables, label and codes using same .ent file. Later when I try to run the application clicking on .pff file, its shows the following error (see attached). When I run the data file by using .ent file, its working well. I never noticed this types of error before this version.

It's hard to know what is happening without seeing your files. I would guess that the .pff file might have relative or absolute paths in it that are confusing CSPro.
I'll also note that CSPro 6.1 is six years old and we've fixed a lot of issues in the meantime. I encourage you to upgrade to the latest version.
