Not Applicable values when skip is not triggered

When using the CSEnrty application on android "Not Applicable" values are pre-entered as the default even when a skip has not been triggered. This is really annoying when conducting a survey because you need to delete the "Not Applicable" value before entering the actual response. Is there anyway to avoid this?

Dear boudot-butler,

You can avoid this problem by setting "Force Out-of-range".

1. Open CSPro program and Choose Form View.
2. Option >>> Data Entry... >>> Force Out-of-range >>> Click "No fields".

I'm not sure what you mean about deleting the notappl value. If a question has not yet been answered you just enter the value you want for it. You don't need to delete anything.
