Hi buddies

I am programming the new feature "Audio" and It is recording perfectly if we do face-to-face interview but when I try with phone call (CATI), it does not record anything. Have any of you tried this feature with phone call? Help needed.

One thing which I have recent learnt that you can NOT use WorldBank anymore if your project/survey is not for WorldBank. That means you need to setup your own server and have to maintain it which will be expensive and not everyone can afford it

Thanks for reply. Its not related to any Project, it is just when I open CSPro 7.3 and click "Tools" and then "Production runner", I get this error message.

Dear Users
In CSPro 7.3, I am facing an issue while runner Production Runner. From tools, when I click Production Runner I get this error '"At least one of the CSPro application files is missing". It was working fine in 7.2. Any help will be appricaited.
