Looking at the syncfile responses, your server seems to be configured fine. Syncdata does not require any special path. Please send us the complete log files to cspro@lists.census.gov.

The issue you are seeing is not a CSWeb issue. There is a problem with your Apache/PHP configuration with SSL. Please contact your systems administrator to resolve this.
