I don't know the specifics of Malware bytes but we have had other antivirus applications generate false positives for CSPro. In such cases there is a way in the virus software settings to add an exception. I suggest you do that. The version on csprousers.org is the latest version to use. We are work...

When that happens please tap "send feedback" and it will send the us the error details so we can diagnose the problem. Otherwise that is a very generic error that could have many different causes.

Can you send the sync.log from your computer?

Yes. It is fine to change the type. With CSPro 7.5 it is even ok to change the size of the field during data collection since the new format does not use fixed length.

There is a bug in CSPro 7.5 when syncing numeric values over with 10 digits or more. We will have a fix for it posted soon. For now, please use alpha for very large numbers like phone numbers.

You can just do syncfile("/mnt/sdcard/fotos/" + my filename, ...)

Just save the version number as the setting.
