However, the paths in the .pff file are correct.

A data entry app I made recently is behaving in a way I never saw before.
Every time the app is updated in CSEntry, all existing cases on the tablet are deleted.
I have no idea where to start looking for what causes this behaviour.
Can anybody help me?

I understand from a 2018 post (viewtopic.php?t=2541) that there is no easy way to recover deleted cases in CSEntry or CSPro. Has anything changed on that front?

Thank you very much. I downloaded version 7.7.3 and created a new .pen file.
We also had several new deployments (of slightly improved versions of the app).
Unfortunately the error keeps popping up, although rarely.
