If I understood your question correctly, you can select different fields as per your requirement during export data from left pane in CSExport window. Click + sign in left pane in CSExport window and you will see all your items.

I have never used the SAS but i have found some links and PDF file for Unicode. We are working on STATA and SPSS 20 for analysis.

Dear Akimy why don't you export your data in comma delimited and open in excel and save it in excel format. You can Import your data from excel to SAS without any problem.

Dear collinsod

I have go through your program and you have create three items under IDS0. My suggestion is Sdate and Name_Enmerator to move under personal_info. It will be difficult to put Questionnaire+Sdate+Name_Enumerator when you try to find out questionnaire ID during the data entry in CSPro
