In \csweb\src\AppBundle\config.php file, check if API_URL and DBHOST settings are all correct. Once you make the changes and save, delete the contents of csweb\var\cache folder.

Looking at the sync.log file, your sync was first done for all the dictionaries on 2023-05-06 15:41:34. After this sync, new programs were installed on the device and it appears that they do not have the code to sync other dictionaries. The logs show MAINMENU_DICT is the only one being synced. Make ...

As a workaround, instead of removing all of existing variables of the table, add your new variables by dragging and dropping and then remove the variables that you do not need. While we are unable to reproduce your problem, at times the drag and drop may be an issue when all the variables are remove...

Are you able to check the ftp logs on the server? The ftp server logs would give additional details if the device made a request for connection. We have no known issues with FTP. FTP over SSH (SFTP) is not supported in CSPro.
