The table is called "notes". In the .csdb file on the tablet it contains the note, but in the .csdb dowloaded from the server by DataViewer, the note is missing.
I sent you the app and both .csdb files.

There is no table with that name in the .csdb file.

Yes. The entire api log just contains this one line.

The api log file says about the latest synchronization:

[2021-08-23 14:06:20] app.ERROR: Debugging build time issue 2021-08-21T13:49:40Z [] []

The Note is in the .csdb file on the tablet, but not in the .csdb file downloaded from the server by Data Viewer.
So it seems the error occurs during synchronization.

I just discovered that Notes added to cases by interviewers are nog always synchronized to the server.
We are using CSEntry 7.6.2.
I have not found out when they are and when they are not synchronized.
Has anybody got the same experience?
