Try putting the long text into the CAPI question text instead of into the item label. You will first need to enable "CAPI Mode" in the data entry options. Then you can add question text - see "Enter Question Text" in the help.

There are multiple ways to do this. You could have one question where you ask for the numeric ranking for each of the stakeholder groups - one question for each row of the table. Then in your logic you would need to make sure that the rank is not duplicated. Something like: proc RANK_LOCAL_GOVERNMEN...

CSPro should never allow duplicate case identifiers either on the PC or on Android. I would have to see your application code in order to see why this is hapening. FTP does not have this problem. It is possible to set up an FTP server on your local computer and then connect to it over the local area network. This is a known issue with CSPro Dropbox sync. We are looking at how to change it so that it overwrites the existing file.
