Re: ERROR CONNECTING TO SYNC SERVER: OPERATION TOO SLOW
That message just means that your connection to the server is too slow. This could be because of the network, it could be because of a problem with the server or it could be that there is something running on your PC or on your network that is slowing down the traffic such as a a firewall or securit...

Re: ERROR: Error connecting to server: Error 500
We don't help with web server setup. We are happy to help with CSPro questions but the basics of web servers is beyond what we can do. If you have people that manage the website at your company they may be to help you or maybe another on this forum.

Re: CSPRO Lookup table
You could create separate lookup files for each district or region using a consistent naming scheme like region01.csdb, region02.csdb,... and then use setfile() to attach the appropriate file to the dictionary you are using. Not sure that would be much faster since there is some overhead to open the...

Re: CSWEB7.5 Settings
On hosted sites the easiest way is to setup a CRON job in cpanel. You can set it up to run once every hour for example. Once you have it working you can adjust the timing to be more or less frequent depending on how long it takes to run. You web host should have documentation on how set up a CRON job.

Re: ERROR: Error connecting to server: Error 500
You can't use localhost to connect from another computer or device. Localhost is only for accessing a web server from the server itself. You need to make your CSWeb available on an IP address that you can reach from the Android device. If you don't know how to do that then I would suggest using Drop...

Re: Error using cspro deploy application

Please try that. If it doesn't work please save the deployment file from the Deploy Applications tool ...

Re: Problems with CSPro 7.5.1
This is a bug in the CSPro 7.5.1 that only occurs when you use the case listing with map. We are currently working on a patch.

Re: trace help (a tiny detail)
The trace(on) setting is global so if you set it once it will remain on until you explicitly turn it off by calling trace(off).
Thanks for the correction in the help.
