Re: App Crash

Try upgrading to the latest version, 7.6.2, and see if the problem still occurs. You can find it here:

Re: Lock command

We have discussed adding a review mode, but we have not yet implemented it. A workaround, if you do not enable partial saves, is to allow the case to be opened but to prevent data from being saved. This means that someone can modify the case data, but the modifications will not be saved. Properly im...

Re: Exporting to Excel

This is not possible with the current release. In the next release, which we hope to put out in a couple months, you will be able to write directly to Excel files, though not using the Export Data tool. We will support that in a future release (maybe CSPro 8.0 or 8.1). If you want to test the Excel ...

Re: Function pointers issues

The error tells you the limitation with CSPro: "function references can only contain local variables of type: numeric, string, and list." Based on your code, I assume that you are creating a local PFF object within those functions. You will have to make them global objects. Instead of: function Entr...

Re: getting the function name

Makes sense. The issue you raise with subscript errors is often brought up by a colleague. You can use "%p" in message text to get the procedure you're in, but as you note, there's no way to get the function name. We'll keep this on our list of feature requests. We would have to fully think it throu...

Re: Problem with image in question text

Thank you for reporting this problem. We will try to fix it soon. In the meantime, a workaround is to include images in the same directory or a subdirectory of the location of your application. In other words, if my application is here: csentry/app/app.pen Images here will work: csentry/app/image.jp...

Re: Syncparadata: select a specific paradata file

If you want to sync two paradata logs, you will have to use the paradata function to close one log, open the other, and then sync it: https://www.csprousers.org/help/CSPro/paradata_function.html My recommendation, however, would be to collect all paradata events into a single log (for both the menu ...
